350 Doyle will strengthen and improve the Civic Precinct & the Cultural District with a new, state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot Community Creative Hub (to be owned and operated by the City of Kelowna) and an extension of the community ArtWalk to Doyle Avenue. The ArtWalk extension will become public amenity space and will also bring a new civic plaza.  The Civic Plaza area will be available to Creative Hub-related activities and for other public uses, enhancing the Cultural District as an additional venue for the performing arts.
