Arts & Cultural Amenities
350 Doyle will strengthen and improve the Civic Precinct & the Cultural District with a new, state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot Community Creative Hub (to be owned and operated by the City of Kelowna) and an extension of the community ArtWalk to Doyle Avenue. The ArtWalk extension will become public amenity space and will also bring a new civic plaza.  The Civic Plaza area will be available to Creative Hub-related activities and for other public uses, enhancing the Cultural District as an additional venue for the performing arts.
350 Doyle is a truly mixed-use project, bringing much needed rental housing to the downtown core, together with new residents and an array of rich cultural amenity, retail and office space, all within a central, accessible neighbourhood that is becoming more attractive for its central, walkable, live-work- play lifestyle.
350 Doyle will bring bicycle parking and storage to meet the bylaw requirements.. Bike rack parking will be also provided for visitors who ride into the area.
Retail/ Restaurants/ Patios
The ArtWalk will become a pedestrian-oriented retail experience.  Retail bays are designed to attract small-scale and eclectic retail tenants.  The restaurants will create vibrancy and enhance the experience along the ArtWalk and provide a variety of food and drink options for the people attending shows, performances and concerts at the Community Theatre and other area venues.
